The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented content marketer who works well with Demand Generation, Member Marketing, SEO, and Product partners to bring Cariloop’s messaging to life. You’re comfortable shifting between formats—long-form content that educates HR buyers and short-form creative copy that drives employees to enroll in and use their Cariloop benefit. You’re curious, proactive, and eager to grow your strategic skills over time.
Writers with range across B2B and B2C/B2B2C environments, and those who bring creativity to short-form execution, are especially encouraged to apply.
Support content calendar and triage requests from marketing peers.
Produce B2B content that resonates with HR buyers and benefits consultants to support demand generation programs including: blog posts, landing pages, ebooks, nurture emails, web copy, social posts, product descriptions, flyers, and digital banners.
Produce B2C/member-facing content that helps employees understand their Cariloop benefit and encourages engagement including: flyers, emails, digital banners, and product copy
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content, applying Cariloop’s tone and messaging frameworks consistently across assets.
Support light ghostwriting as needed for select executive leaders
Build discoverable and optimized content alongside our Head of SEO and Web, applying SEO best practices. Learn and support emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) approaches to improve discoverability.
Assist with UX copy updates or refinements to ensure clarity and alignment with Cariloop’s messaging.
2–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice, tone, and format for multiple audiences.
Experience writing in B2B environments; B2B2C experience is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and interest in learning AEO.
Experience with CMS and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, SEMRush).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with guidance.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
This position is performed primarily on a remote basis; however, the employee may be required to travel occasionally to fulfill business needs. Such travel may include, but is not limited to, on-site meetings, company retreats, training sessions, or other business-related events. The frequency and duration of travel will vary based on operational needs, and the employee will be provided reasonable notice whenever possible.
The ability to travel as needed is a condition of employment, and all travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the company’s travel and expense policy.
