The Opportunity:
The Community Catalyst Communications Director will report to the Chief Enterprise Communications Officer, responsible for raising national awareness and accelerating the organization’s brand visibility and reputation. This position will specifically focus on revamping and managing the website, launching national visibility campaigns, and creating compelling graphics and visuals for all stakeholders. Future growth and expansion of duties expected. This is a remote, office-based position performed from a home or remote workspace using standard office equipment and technology. Occasional travel may be required based on organizational needs. The role involves extended periods of sitting, regular computer use, and virtual communication. Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000– $135,000 based on a full-time schedule. Placement within the range is determined by role scope, relevant experience, skills, geographic considerations, and internal equity. Compensation is reviewed and approved in accordance with Community Catalyst’s compensation framework and organizational policies.
