The OpportunityThis is a transformative, category-defining marketing leadership role. As Chief Marketing Officer, you will architect the brand, growth engine, positioning, and market narrative that define Bizee’s next decade.
You’ll unify brand, growth, lifecycle, content, and marketing operations into a high-velocity system that scales recurring revenue, strengthens retention, and builds long-term enterprise value.
You will build the brand that inspires entrepreneurs, the performance engine that acquires and retains them, and the discipline that ensures every dollar of marketing investment pushes the business forward.
This is a builder’s role at the executive table, requiring equal parts creativity, operational rigor, strategic insight, and storytelling excellence.

Within 6–12 months, Bizee’s brand is defined, the narrative is clear, and the funnel is performing with discipline and predictability. Acquisition efficiency improves, customer activation accelerates, retention strengthens, and subscription revenue grows.
Marketing becomes a strategic growth engine tightly aligned with Product, Data, Engineering, and Finance with clear OKRs, strong operating rhythms, and a bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes.
Within 18 months, Bizee has a marketing system that scales enterprise value, powerful brand, predictable CAC payback, strong LTV expansion, and a market position that sets us apart from incumbents and new entrants.
