This mid-level leadership role heads the company’s internal “marketing agency” (Center of Excellence) for North America. This Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals across creative, digital, campaign management, and media – executing high-volume marketing programs for internal stakeholders and partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing end-to-end campaign production - digital, creative and content execution
Ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
Driving operational efficiency through standardized workflows, capacity planning, and continuous process improvements
Managing team capacity and resource allocation – e.g. conducting regular capacity utilization analyses to anticipate workload peaks and adjust resources as needed
Serving as a people manager – coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team of marketers and creatives
Financial and performance accountability – treating the Marketing CoE as a profit center that’s managing budgets, expenses vs. revenue (or cost recoveries), and forecasting financial performance.
Set team operational targets and KPIs - service-level agreements for on-time campaign delivery and quality
Track results and report on outcomes/ROI to senior leadership
Working closely with sales, vendor/supplier marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align the in-house agency’s services with business goals
Adapt to market headwinds or changes in demand (e.g. shifts in vendor funding, new product launches, seasonal campaigns)
Adjusting strategies and capacity plans accordingly
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
8 years minimum in creative/digital marketing roles
Strong experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment
A blend of experience at agencies or in corporate marketing preferred
Proven ability to run marketing operations with a data-driven, financially savvy approach
Experience securing marketing funding and overseeing marketing budget
Project management experience (resource allocation, setting deadlines, ensure deliverables are met
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
