Casepoint is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Campaign Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth across our Corporate and SLED (State, Local Government, and Education) markets.

This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation programs designed to generate awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing high-volume lead generation with targeted account-based initiatives, and embraces accountability for business outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations. This is a highly visible position where speed, adaptability, execution excellence, and a bias for action are critical.

Work Location

This position is eligible for remote work. Priority consideration will be given to candidates based in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area to support occasional in-person collaboration.

What You’ll Do  

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting Corporate and SLED audiences, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Own campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, paid social, display, search, webinars, content syndication, ABM programs, events, and emerging digital channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure marketing-generated leads areacted onquickly, campaign performance is continuously improved, and pipeline targets are achieved.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve lead conversion, engagement, and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketingand Content Teamto translate business priorities into compelling campaign themes, messaging, and content offers.
  • Support account-based marketing programs focused on strategic accounts and key growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensureaccuratetracking, reporting, attribution, and lead flow management.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and execution timelines while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Leverage AI, automation, intent data, and emerging technologies to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and scale.
  • Continuously test, learn, andoptimizecampaign performance through experimentation and data-driven decision making.

 What You Bring 

  • 3-5 years of successful B2B software demand generation or campaign marketing experience.
  • Experience driving high-volume lead generation programs across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Understanding ofCorporate, SLED, or complex B2B buying environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales teams andoperatingwith shared pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring, reporting, andoptimizingcampaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and demand generation technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and related platforms.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions, driving initiatives forward, andoperatingwith a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree – Business and Marketing degrees are preferred but notrequired.
