Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area (LSSNCA) has served individuals and families across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. for more than a century, fostering resiliency, self-sufficiency, and access to opportunities.
In response to the changing funding environment, LSSNCA is expanding to a social enterprise model that generates earned revenue to sustain and strengthen its mission-driven programs.
In 2025, LSSNCA launched affordable immigration legal services, and will launch two additional social services in retail and behavioral health in 2026
Current marketing efforts include paid Google Search and Advertisements. However, LSSNCA is seeking a strategic partner to address challenges such as:
- Limited brand awareness for social enterprises.
- New customer acquisition.
Opportunity Summary
Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area (LSSNCA) invites individuals or firms to submit proposals to develop and implement multi-channel strategies to drive qualified leads for three newly launched and upcoming social enterprise services.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant or agency will be responsible for strategy development, implementation, and optimization, including:
- Search Engine Optimization
- Paid Media Strategy and Management
- Google Search and Ads
- Recommendations for additional paid channels
- Social Media Support
- Paid and organic strategy recommendations
- Performance Reporting
- Weekly performance snapshots
- Monthly reporting with insights, trends, and recommendations
Goals and Objectives
The consultant or agency will support the following goals and objectives:
- Introduce and position LSSNCA’s social enterprise services in the DMV market
- Enhance awareness for each social enterprise
- Drive traffic to social enterprise webpages
- Improve qualified lead volume and quality, with clear performance benchmarks
Targeted Audience
Primary audiences include:
- Individuals and families in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) region with ability to pay affordable, below-market rate services.
- Socially conscious individuals who value:
- Community impact
- Mission-aligned purchasing decisions
The consultant or agency should demonstrate experience in marketing services where trust, accessibility, and social impact are key decision drivers.
