Business Assistant
We are hiring a reliable, highly organized Business Assistant to support a US-based business owner across administrative, project management, client communication, and marketing coordination.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with structure, and able to follow through consistently. You will work closely with Carrie and her team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and well-organized systems.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, accountability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendar and inbox
- Handling client communication via calls, texts, and messaging systems
- Relaying client updates and requests to internal team members
- Organizing and maintaining Google Drive
- Setting up and managing projects in Asana
- Creating and updating SOPs and internal process documentation
- Connecting with potential referral partners and clients on LinkedIn
- Outreach to potential FemCity North Orlando members and guests (LinkedIn & Facebook)
- Managing communication and content coordination for FemCity North Orlando
- Scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Scheduling blogs / Substack articles
- Following up with potential clients and referral partners
- Sending proposal emails, follow-ups, agreements, and invoices
- Sending onboarding emails to new clients
- Scheduling YouTube videos and podcast episodes
- Assisting with light video and podcast editing
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clients
- Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills
- Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs
- Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Monday.com
- Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
