Brand Marketing Specialist

Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist focused on social, influencer, and content marketing. This is a hands-on execution role that helps produce and publish our organic social content, supports our influencer program, and keeps the brand presence consistent across our channels.

 

​Beyond day-to-day execution, the Brand Marketing Specialist contributes to creative ideation, monitors trends, and helps identify the content and creators that are resonating, turning those insights into ideas the team can use.

​Reporting to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Specialist helps keep social, influencer, and content work moving and flags opportunities, wins, and priorities along the way.​​

 

Responsibilities

• Social & Content Support
  • Create content across channels: write copy, capture or edit short-form video, and adapt content for each platform.
  • Support day-to-day content scheduling and publishing across our social channels.
  • Help maintain and execute the content calendar alongside the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to creative ideation and support asset prep for scheduled content.
  • Help organize brand assets and materials for content and campaigns.
• Influencer Support
  • Help build and maintain creator relationships, including outreach, tracking, and coordination.
  • Monitor content as it goes live and support engagement from brand accounts.
• Trends, Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and compile performance metrics across channels on a regular cadence.
  • Monitor trends and identify top-performing content and creators, sharing ideas with the team.
  • Flag notable trends, wins, or changes in performance to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Own the regular reporting cadence so metrics stay consistent and ready for review.
• Collaboration
  • Partner across teams and with external partners to keep work aligned.
  • Raise priorities or capacity questions early.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand, or a related field (agency or in-house).
• Comfortable working across multiple areas and shifting priorities.
• Support integrated brand campaigns through content development, asset coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written communication skills, including comfort writing in a brand voice.
• An eye for creative ideas and emerging trends, with a sense for content and creators that resonate.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to track many moving pieces without dropping things.
• A proactive communicator who raises questions early.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting.

• Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $68,500.00 to $79,000.00.
