Brand Marketing Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Brand Execution & Campaign Support
- Execute brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Translate brand strategy into detailed campaign briefs and project plans
- Ensure alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across initiatives
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across markets
Creative Development & Asset Management
- Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets
- Manage revisions, approvals, and asset trafficking
- Maintain brand asset library and creative templates
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines
Production Coordination
- Support video, digital, print, broadcast, and direct mail production
- Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and deliverables
- Track production budgets and invoices
- Ensure quality control prior to launch
Brand Governance
- Act as day-to-day brand steward for internal stakeholders
- Review marketing materials for brand compliance
- Help maintain and update brand guidelines and toolkits
- Support training and communication around brand standards
Budget & Reporting Support
- Track brand campaign and production spend
- Assist in performance reporting and brand metrics tracking
- Maintain organized documentation for forecasting and reconciliation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth Marketing to align brand creative with performance objectives
- Support Cross-Functional teams with brand assets

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management
- Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer services a plus
