As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to expand the company’s employer footprint. This hands-on role involves owning the entire funnel, from brand building and lead generation to nurture and retention. You will create compelling narratives and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and growth.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, webinars, and events to drive lead generation and brand awareness

• Create high-quality sales collateral and case studies to enable account management and sales teams to convert prospects

• Build and optimize complex CRM nurture journeys in HubSpot to improve customer retention and accelerate sales cycles

The ideal candidate:

• At least 3+ years of B2B marketing experience within fintech, SaaS, or the employee benefits sector

• Proven expertise in digital campaign optimization and hands-on experience building paid social and search strategies

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn complex financial topics into compelling, accessible, and creative content
