The Marketing Strategy Associate Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas within the Community & State Member Outreach and Touchpoint Engine (MOTE). This position will partner closely with Marketing and Operations partners, as well as with local health plan teams to ensure quality execution on delivered materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas
  • Define and report on performance results 
  • Track and develop best practices and requirements to best support each State's unique needs
  • Understand and promote MOTE process best practices 
  • Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a Project Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with a project management platform
  • Basic level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Proven  to assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadline, ensuring timely delivery
  • Proven to solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Proven to provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Flexible to travel up to 10%25 as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+years of experience working in a high-volume role
  • 1+ years of experience working in a heavily regulated industry
  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront 
  • Experience with Medicaid

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
