This role supports the day-to-day configuration and optimization of marketing resource management tools and workflows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Creative, Legal, and IT—to ensure campaign planning and approval processes are intuitive, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development
Define and evolve the product roadmap for MRM capabilities, including campaign intake, prioritization workflows, metadata governance, and performance dashboards
Lead the transition from legacy systems to a centralized MRM platform, ensuring continuity, user adoption, and operational improvement
Collaborate with platform product teams to enable new functionality and integrations (e.g., orchestration, fulfillment, audit tracking)
Partner with enterprise teams to assess integration opportunities with workflow automation platforms and guide decision-making around orchestration strategies
Cross-Functional Product Management
Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Legal, Compliance, and IT to design and optimize end-to-end workflows that support campaign planning, execution, and governance
Translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions that balance speed, transparency, and risk mitigation
Facilitate working sessions and feedback loops to ensure workflows are intuitive, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination
Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on workflow feasibility, platform capabilities, and campaign setup
Partner with other capability owners (e.g., messaging execution, creative operations, compliance) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Support integration with orchestration platforms and fulfillment systems to enable end-to-end campaign execution
AI Enablement & Innovation
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize AI/ML models for workflow optimization, predictive approvals, and intelligent routing
Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive planning systems
Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and campaign readiness

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, product management, or MarTech
Demonstrated success in roadmap development, platform optimization, and capability enablement
Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
Strong understanding of campaign planning, metadata governance, and compliance workflows
