Manager

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and passionate Associate Product Marketing Manager to join ŌURA’s Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute our top priorities across the annual marketing plan - supporting critical launches, from new device innovation to cross-platform product experiences. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, Integrated Marketing, Comms/PR, and Lifecycle teams to deliver timely and relevant campaigns to attract new prospects, deepen member engagement and turn product features into clear, and compelling benefit driven messaging. You’ll also play a key role in helping the PMM function scale by identifying operational gaps, improving processes, and building scalable frameworks that make our GTM planning more efficient and impactful.

What You will do:

  • Support go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs stay on track.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team — including document organization, project tracking, and internal comms to keep partners aligned.
  • Build and maintain core toolkits and templates (messaging docs, briefs, launch checklists, post-mortems) that help the team run efficiently.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, Lifecycle, and Creative teams to connect product benefits to member needs across touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitive and category analysis to help identify whitespace opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on launch and campaign performance; help synthesize learnings for internal sharing.
  • Support internal education and coordination around new features and launches.

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, growth marketing or brand strategy on a consumer tech product. Bonus if you have prior experience on a consumer wearables and/or subscription product.
  • PMM Inbound and outbound experience. Demonstrated experience supporting product/feature launches in fast-moving environments. This includes synthesizing insights to inform audience segments, craft messaging, and briefing GTM Channel teams to drive launch and campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills. Best-in-class written and verbal communication skills to synthesize information in a concise manner and to communicate and influence effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise. Organized, detail-oriented, and strong bias for getting stuff done. Ability to zoom out to connect the dots while also sweating the details to keep things organized and progressing. Bonus if you understand how to use AI tools to optimize and improve.

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Are the go-to person for keeping projects organized and moving forward.
  • Love supporting a creative, strategic team and learning how product marketing operates end-to-end.
  • Balance operational rigor with a curiosity for storytelling and brand.
  • Are motivated by a mission-driven product and want to grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
