We're a performance marketing agency for DTC brands in supplements and health & wellness. We've generated over $1B in sales for our clients since 2017. We run The Scaling Lab podcast and publish weekly insights on what's actually working in DTC growth.
You own TNT's full agency-side content engine. Every newsletter, podcast episode, LinkedIn post, lead magnet, and case study deck that drives leads into the agency runs through you. This is a builder seat, not a coordinator role — you ship the work, you don't delegate it.
You report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work closely with our editing team, performance team, and sales pipeline.
Lead generation
Scaling Secrets newsletter — writing, sending, growing the list
LinkedIn organic content and paid ads
Pillar SEO content and gated content offers
Lead magnet production end-to-end
Podcast (The Scaling Lab)
Episode planning, guest pipeline, outlines
Final QA on edited episodes before publish
Social clip selection and review
Thumbnails, descriptions, blog versions, cross-platform scheduling

Extending our welcome series, segmentation, and tagging
Building new opt-in flows for fresh resources
Strategy & operations
Quarterly strategy planning and end-of-quarter reporting
Marketing project on-time delivery
Synthesizing client wins from the performance team into sales-ready case study decks
SQLs delivered to the sales team
Campaign performance (organic and paid)
Newsletter list growth
Project on-time delivery
3+ years marketing experience, ideally agency or DTC
Professional written English fluency — you'll write copy across the website, newsletter, LinkedIn, gated content, and ad creative
Spoken English clarity sufficient for sync and async work with a US-based team
Performance marketing literacy — you understand conversion rates, CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL, and the marketing-to-sales funnel without needing to be taught
AI fluency in content workflow — ChatGPT or Claude is part of your daily process, not an experiment
Demonstrated project ownership from strategy through execution and measurement
Project management discipline — you keep multiple workstreams on schedule without hand-holding
DTC supplement, health & wellness, or wellness brand experience
Direct response / VSL funnel experience
CRM hands-on with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce — automations, tagging, opt-in flows
Sales or BDR background
Podcast or video editing skills (useful as backup)
Hours: Part-time/Full Time Opportunity, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
