Position Overview: The Associate Marketing Manager, Professional Education will lead the development and execution of high-impact healthcare professional (HCP) educational programs across digital channels and live education events. This position will work in strong collaboration with partners in Medical Affairs, Events, Global Marketing Excellence (GME), as well as external key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for live and digital educational programs (i.e. webinars, eLearning, and speaker programs) while defining KPIs and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Strong collaboration, communication, and detail-orientation, as well as an understanding of adult learning principles are essential to success in this role. This position will report within the U.S. Marketing organization with integrated partnership with Medical Affairs.
Primary Responsibilities
Define learning objectives, content scope and delivery formats for digital education and partnership educational opportunities (i.e., through professional organizations and other external partners)
Lead content development for educational events at national and regional conferences
Lead content development for Speaker Bureau, and lead 2X/year Speaker Training events
Partner with external faculty to co-develop and deliver high impact educational content through digital channels
Execute non-CME Insulet-sponsored webinars including content, promotion, and lead pull-through
Lead educational content and experience on Omnipod.com
Define and track KPIs to measure success
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience required (preferred experience includes professional education, sales, sales training, marketing, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or other relevant field
Healthcare industry experience, specifically pharma or medtech industries, preferred
Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning principles
Ability to translate strategy into compelling educational experiences
Experience working at—or with—a content development agency
Strong project management skills and experience
Ability to influence without authority and develop strong cross-functional relationships
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms
Travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $64,200.00 - $96,300.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
