ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
The Associate Marketing Manager is a hands‑on marketing generalist responsible for owning and executing Array’s social media and multimedia content, events and tradeshows, and SEO execution. This role plays a central part in increasing brand visibility, supporting demand generation, and ensuring Array’s marketing presence is consistent, engaging, and well executed across channels.
This individual owns day‑to‑day execution of social and video content, manages logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and webinars, and drives SEO execution in partnership with internal stakeholders. The Associate Marketing Manager also contributes to campaign operations and creative asset development, partnering closely with senior marketers and the Campaign Manager to support broader marketing initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DOÂ
Social Media & Multimedia
Own execution of Array’s organic social media presence across priority platforms, including LinkedIn
Plan, create, publish, and manage social content aligned to company priorities, campaigns, events, and thought leadership
Create and manage multimedia content, including short‑form video, interviews, event footage, and internal recordings
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify strong content ideas and storytelling opportunities
Maintain and organize social and video asset libraries for reuse across channels
Monitor engagement and performance to inform ongoing optimization and content decisions
Events, Tradeshows & Webinars
Own planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, sponsored events, and webinars
Manage all event logistics including timelines, registrations, vendors, shipping, materials, swag, and on‑site readiness
Develop and execute event marketing plans, including pre‑event promotion and post‑event follow‑up
Partner with Sales and Marketing teammates to ensure events support pipeline, relationship‑building, and brand goals
Maintain event calendars, checklists, budgets, and post‑event reporting
SEO & Website Optimization
Execute SEO initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and performance across Array’s digital properties
Implement on‑page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content updates
Support ongoing optimization of blog content, landing pages, and website structure
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on content updates that support SEO and performance goals
Monitor SEO performance metrics and contribute to reporting and recommendations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORÂ
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education
3–5 years of experience in a marketing generalist, campaign execution, or field/event marketing role
Proven experience managing events, tradeshows, or marketing programs end to end
Experience owning social media execution and content publishing
Comfort creating marketing assets and light design work using established brand guidelines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance reporting
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B environments preferred
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Canva, Adobe, or similar marketing tools
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSÂ
The pay range for this role is $64,000 - $80,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.Â
