Role Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
Build and refine data product prototypes, such as audience models, event tables, and analytical tools, to support campaign execution, insights and measurement.
Translate business requirements into initial data prototypes and audience logic.
Collect and analyze data using methods such as data mining, system queries, and documentation review to support segmentation and targeting efforts.
Create and maintain documentation for datasets and data products to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with internal standards.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or audience segmentation (internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles count).
Basic proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or cloud-based platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a logical approach to data interpretation.
Ability to translate business requirements into data queries, reports, or prototypes with guidance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or marketing analytics
Experience with Databricks
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with metadata management practices.
Exposure to audience segmentation and targeting strategies in a marketing or customer analytics context.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) or modern data stack tools.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Experience with healthcare data.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
