About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Director – Brand Marketing to own and elevate our brand end-to-end. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks beyond campaigns and wants to shape how a company is perceived in the market.
You will be responsible for building a distinct, memorable brand one that stands out, drives preference, and supports revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, and will partner closely with leadership, Product Marketing, and Growth.
This role is based in the US (remote), and the base salary range for the role is 160-190k USD.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive a clear, differentiated brand strategy and narrative
Own the end-to-end brand experience across all touchpoints
Lead high-impact, integrated campaigns that drive awareness and consideration
Build and scale a content engine that positions us as a thought leader
Translate complex product and market insights into simple, compelling stories
Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to ensure strong GTM alignment
Raise the bar on creative quality and brand consistency
Leverage insights and data to continuously refine positioning and messaging
Manage agencies and external partners to deliver best-in-class execution
Act as a strategic voice of the customer and market internally
What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Content / Communications
Proven track record of building and scaling strong brands in B2B SaaS or tech
Exceptional storytelling ability able to craft narratives that drive engagement and action
Experience leading high-impact brand campaigns and content strategies
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
