Join our global Aortic Strategic Marketing Team!
We are seeking a driven, passionate, and global-minded Associate Marketing Specialist to support the transformation of our Aortic business. This role will help shape the future of our aortic business and reports directly to the Global Strategic Marketing Group Manager.  The Associate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing activities to advance aortic patient care worldwide. This role is considered remote but is based in the United States. The position may require up to 20% travel.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support Development and Execution of Global Marketing
· Assist in implementing marketing activities to drive global impact
· Collaborate with regional marketing partners to gather insights on global market trends
· Support integrated planning efforts, including congress execution, campaign materials, and messaging development for US, WE, and global initiatives
· Work with analytics and research teams to analyze key data and insights, enabling business analysis and data-driven decision-making
· Ensure customer feedback is incorporated to identify innovative engagement opportunities
Support Marketing Programs & Campaigns
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns based on strategic marketing briefs from our integrated planning process
· Provide support in executing marketing activities for prioritized congresses and customer engagement initiatives
· Collaborate with Commercial Marketing, Medical Education, Data & Services, and cross-functional teams on specific marketing programs
· Help develop omnichannel campaigns, ensuring necessary approvals by working with Regulatory, Compliance, and Clinical teams to maintain a cohesive and compliant customer experience
Support Collaboration Across Teams
· Aid in building and strengthening relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration on marketing campaigns
· Teams include Downstream Marketing, Upstream Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Regulatory, R&D, Clinical, Sales, Legal, and more
· Support alignment with key geographies, such as Western Europe, and contribute to driving business outcomes and enhancing brand perception through the execution of impactful campaigns
· Work closely with the team to ensure all marketing and communication activities align with regulatory and compliance standards
Required Knowledge and Experience:
· 3-5 years of Marketing experience with BS or business-related degree OR 1-2 years of Marketing experience with Advanced degree in relevant field
· Very good language skills in English
· General understanding of healthcare systems
· Desire to make an impact on patients’ lives
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Proven strategic thinking and strong business acumen, along with a solid understanding of the Aortic market and related disease areas is considered a plus. Additionally, experience in campaign and product marketing is preferred.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
