Assistant Marketing Manager - UK, Ireland and Nordics is part of Go-to-Market organization.

This position encompasses developing and execution of marketing initiatives specifically tailored to key regional priorities of Northern region: UK, Ireland, and Nordics. The person works collaboratively with other business units and various marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

The person will support planning, implementation and reporting of all marketing/corridor/media activities for given Countries and Territories across Retail and Digital. Assists management in developing value proposition, customer acquisition, loyalty programs and communication plans. Conducts segmentation analysis, works on various projects which objective is to increase frequency and retention of customers. Assists in the tracking and evaluation of programs. Seeks local marketing vendors to effectively execute the marketing omni-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting managers and senior go-to-market leaders in planning, implementing, following up and reporting of all retail and digital marketing/corridor/media activities for given Countries and Territories across all marketing channels (Retail and Digital).

  • Playing an active role in Go-to-market Pan-EU retail and digital projects end to end and supports Country and Regional Team in regional key projects.

  • Compiling and analysing customer reports.

  • Planning and implementing retail and digital activations in Country/Territory to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Conducting competitive analysis and coordinating collection of information on retail and digital competitors in Country/Territory.

  • Support in products planning marketing regional omni-channel campaigns.

  • Corridor ownership of key corridors in Country/Territory. Planning and implementation of actions, monitoring and reporting.

  • Support in local retail and digital pricing campaigns in Country/Territory.

  • Managing relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders (Brand Team, Receive Teams) and external agencies.

  • Driving POS branding and merchandising in Country/Territory together with Sales and Key Accounts Team.
