Life at TodayTix Group

We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager (Contract) to launch and manage our affiliate channel in the short term, helping us assess the long-term opportunity for the business.

This role will be responsible for standing up, operating, and optimising our affiliate programme using Impact, with a focus on partner recruitment, performance management, and clear commercial reporting. You’ll work closely with our B2C Travel Network team—supporting brands including LondonTheatre.co.uk and NewYorkTheatreGuide.com—to test how affiliates can contribute to incremental growth.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused contract role, ideal for someone who has launched or scaled affiliate programmes before and can move quickly with minimal oversight. The output of this role will directly inform whether and how we invest in affiliates longer term.

Please note: this is a 3 - 6 month contract opportunity. Expected hours of work are 20 - 40 hours per week.

The salary range for this role is $70 - $110 per hour.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Affiliate channel successfully launched → Impact is fully set up, tracking is validated, and priority partners are live and driving traffic.
  • Quality partners onboarded → A relevant mix of affiliates (e.g. content, travel, commerce, deals) are recruited and activated, with a focus on differentiated publishers and audiences.
  • Clear performance visibility → Reporting clearly shows contribution, efficiency, and net incremental CAC, including an understanding of overlap vs net-new acquisition, enabling confident decision-making.
  • Operational foundations in place → Processes, learnings, and recommendations are documented, including which partner types and audiences drive incremental value and a clear point of view on long-term scale.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own end-to-end setup and management of our affiliate programme using Impact, including tracking, validation, and partner onboarding.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard priority affiliate partners aligned to our brands and audiences.
  • Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, supporting partners with links, offers, creative, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Monitor performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, and CPA, identifying opportunities to scale or course-correct.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align affiliate activity with promotions, seasonal moments, and broader marketing priorities.
  • Establish basic testing and optimisation approaches (e.g. partner types, placements, offers).
  • Produce clear, concise performance reporting and insights to assess the channel’s long-term potential.
  • Document setup, learnings, and recommendations for future ownership of the channel.

We’re Looking For Someone With:
  • Proven experience launching and/or managing affiliate programmes, ideally in a consumer, travel, or e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Impact as an affiliate platform.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make practical recommendations.
  • Confidence working independently and driving progress in an ambiguous, test-and-learn environment.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product partners.
  • Availability to work on a short-term contract basis.
