Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Summary

The Manager, Affiliate Support ensures the affiliate program runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role owns operational workflows and partner support so the Senior Manager can stay focused on growth and optimization.

• Partner communication and support

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key publishers, creators, and partners
• Strategize regarding affiliate communication and outreach
• Support onboarding and activation of new publishers and creators
• Coordinate promotions, placements, and offer updates
• Work cross-functionally with the analytics team to create additional reporting as needed
• Maintain accurate tracking links and platform setup
• Support reporting preparation and documentation
• Assist with QA, testing, and troubleshooting
• Escalate issues or insights to the Senior manager proactively
