Manager
1. Position Overview
  • Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from influencer outreach and contract negotiation to final reporting.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to proofread, generate briefs, and streamline repetitive tasks.
  • High Standards of Independence: We don’t micromanage. You’ll need excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Note: We are hiring at two levels (AM3 or AM4). You will indicate which level you’re applying for based on your experience and comfort handling complex campaigns.

2. Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Draft and proofread contracts, client briefs, and outreach emails (AI is a support, not a substitute).
  • Regularly check for accuracy and clarity before sending final deliverables.

Client & Influencer Communication

  • Respond to 100% of emails within 24 hours.
  • Provide clients with updates via agendas, weekly summaries, and thorough follow-ups.

Attention to Detail & Quality Control

  • Double-check all briefs, content approvals, and reports for errors, data inaccuracies, or missing information.

Timeliness & Independence

  • Keep an organized to-do list; proactively offer solutions for potential issues.
  • Manage deadlines without external reminders.

AI Adoption & Process Improvements

  • Embrace new AI tools and share successful prompts with the team.
  • Continuously look for ways to refine SOPs and enhance campaign outcomes.

Influencer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Frequently monitor influencer content for quality, brand adherence, and performance.
  • Collaborate on strategy refinements, provide feedback, and communicate updates or pivots to clients.

3. Two Levels of Expertise: AM3 vs. AM4

While the core responsibilities remain the same, the expected degree of autonomy and complexity differs:

AM3 (Mid-Level)

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in influencer or digital marketing.
  • Guidance: Mostly independent but may seek feedback on trickier tasks or complex client demands.
  • Time & Workload: Comfortable handling multiple mid-tier campaigns, leveraging AI to minimize manual tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolves most routine challenges independently; escalates major issues with proposed solutions.
  • Growth Path: Over 90 days, you’ll reduce manager involvement to only the truly complex or high-level matters.

AM4 (Senior)

  • Experience: 4–5+ years running high-budget, complex campaigns with minimal supervision.
  • Autonomy: Operates almost entirely independently; manager involvement is mostly for strategic alignment.
  • Advanced Client Management: Navigates demanding client expectations, proposes strategic pivots, and manages large-budget accounts.
  • Mentorship: Coaches AM3s and junior team members on campaign execution and advanced AI strategies.
  • Strategy & Upsell: Anticipates fires before they escalate, offers multi-layered strategies, and seeks growth opportunities for the agency.

4. Potential Challenges & Expectations
  • High-Volume, Fast-Moving Projects: Multiple simultaneous campaigns with tight deadlines.
  • Demanding Clients & Influencers: Large budgets, unique contract terms, and one-off requests are common.
  • Self-Sufficiency:
    • AM3: Some guidance is normal early on but you’re not new to the basics.
    • AM4: Essentially the final authority on day-to-day tasks, escalating only for major issues.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Communication
  • 100% email response rate within 24 hours.
  • AI-assisted proofreading that minimizes errors.
  • Clarity and concise organization in decks and reports.

Quality & Accuracy of Deliverables

  • Error-free briefs, contracts, and reports.

Timeliness & Deadlines

  • Manage influencer onboarding, approvals, and final reporting without missing milestones.

Manager Oversight

  • AM3: Diminishing check-ins as competence is proven.
  • AM4: Minimal or no day-to-day supervision.

6. Culture & Attitude
  • No Micromanagement: We value self-driven individuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, paid media, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Accountability: Own your tasks and mistakes; proactively flag potential issues.
  • Adaptability: Be eager to learn and experiment with emerging AI tools.
