As an Account Executive, you’ll partner with small-to-midsize businesses, helping them solve one of their biggest challenges: hiring the right talent. You’ll sell strategic, data-driven digital marketing solutions that power recruitment success—and build long-term client relationships that grow over time.
This is a true hunter role with the opportunity to build, expand, and retain your own book of business.
While this is a full time remote opportunity, we are looking for someone in the Indianapolis, IN market to have an opportunity to sporadically meet with your team/manager in office (Indystar office downtown)
Drive new business through consistent outbound activity (30+ calls per day) and proactive prospecting
Secure 2–4 new business appointments per week through strategic outreach
Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and position tailored recruitment marketing solutions
Sell a suite of digital marketing products that can best help local companies attract and hire talent.
Manage and grow your own book of business—closing, upselling, and re-engaging clients
Own the client relationship beyond the sale, including monthly reporting calls and issue resolution
Deliver compelling virtual presentations via Microsoft Teams
You embrace the grind of prospecting and bring energy to high-volume outreach
You know how to navigate organizations and get to decision-makers
You’re skilled at uncovering real business problems and positioning solutions that solve them
You balance short-term wins with long-term account growth
You understand that every deal matters—no opportunity is too small
You’re confident presenting and can clearly articulate value in a virtual setting
You’re resilient, competitive, and motivated by performance
3-5 years of B2B sales experience
Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
Experience or familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multi-month, multi-product sales cycles
Base Salary: $59,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000
Top Performers: $100,000+

The base salary for this role will range between $55,000 and $59,000. Base compensation is reflective of multiple factors, including market location, education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and may apply based on the role.
