Intetics is looking for a Research & Marketing Assistant to the CEO who will act as a strategic partner, extending the CEO’s reach across digital channels, professional networks, and business initiatives. This is a hands-on, insight-driven role focused on research, content, and lead generation - not traditional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO by streamlining priorities and ensuring effective use of time and focus.
  • Conduct deep-dive research across business, technology, and market trends using Gen AI tools and other sources.
  • Analyze information, extract insights, and present clear, actionable summaries.
  • Identify, research, and engage potential leads across multiple channels.
  • Experiment with and validate lead generation strategies across social media and other platforms.
  • Create and distribute high-quality content (posts, articles, reports, e-books) tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and grow the CEO’s presence across social media and professional communities.
  • Communicate confidently with C-level executives and maintain high-level business correspondence.
  • Monitor industry events (webinars, conferences) and provide structured takeaways.
  • Coordinate external vendors and support negotiations when needed.
  • Apply advanced social media and digital marketing techniques to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Leverage modern AI tools, including content automation and avatar-based video production.
  • Perform light technical tasks (e.g., basic web or no-code/low-code work) when required.
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency, even in repetitive workflows.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (C1+), with strong attention to tone and clarity.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working closely with senior executives or founders.
  • Strong research and analytical mindset - ability to process complex information and turn it into insights.
  • Experience in lead generation, outreach, or growth experimentation is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in content creation and professional communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for research, automation, and content production.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and their use for business development.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and reliability.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively.
  • German is a plus.
